You represent that you have the legal authority to submit information about the judgment and, if applicable, to sell or assign rights related to the judgment.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You may be asked for supporting documentation. You grant us permission to review your submission for purposes of evaluation.
5. Confidentiality
If you request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), we may require execution of an NDA before reviewing certain information. Otherwise, submissions may be reviewed internally and with service providers as necessary to evaluate the judgment.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
